Pass Renewal

1. Pass validity during first issuance is stated behind the Rapid ID /PIC card
2. Upon expiry, ID pass needs to be renewed.
3. Safety Induction is not required for renewal of access card
4. Please submit below itemized document to SPTS’ host for processes

5. Once approved by PICMO (Pengerang Integrated Complex Management Office), Rapid Pass will be issued to SPT HSSE
6. Estimated duration is 1 day
7. Host shall make arrangements to pass the card to the applicants
