Visitor Pass

Visitor can be classified by 

1. Visitor with Rapid Pass
2. Visitor with no Rapid Pass

Visitor with valid Rapid Pass

• To visit TOB / Main gate and area not inside SPT  Please report to Receptionist office at Ground Floor, Terminal Operation Building (TOB).
• Officer in charge shall register and  provide an access card to visit the area. Please return the  access card before leaving.

Visitor with no Rapid Pass.

• Outside visitors may either be invited by SPTs representatives or by an Offtaker, kindly please get approval from their end (Host)
• Visitor to submit below items in hard copy or via email to host.
  1. Attendant/ attendees/Visitors full name
  2. IC  or passport copy in colour - both side
  3. Submit to host hard copy or via email 48 hours before attendance
• Upon approval, Host is to ensure all of the below is in compliance

1. Ensure that all attendees / visitors are to bring Original IC and /. or Passport (Non-Malaysian)
2. Escort visitor to Gate 2
3. Escort visitor to SPTs (refer to process No 1)  and
4. Provide Safety briefing;
5. Follow strictly to Rules and regulation
6. Visit hours are till 1800hrs only (RAPID Requirement)
7. No work allowed for visitor pass holder
8. Return visitor and PIC/RAPID card to Gate 2
9. A fine of RM 50  is imposed by PIC for a lost card
