Entry Permit

Yearly Pass Application

  1. SPT is located inside RAPID area where any applicants must have Rapid Pass prior to entering this area.
  2. This guideline is for SPT’s applicant only.
  3. Please submit below itemized document to SPTs’ Host (representative) 72 hours  before entry for processing.
  4. Please arrange 2 COPIES FOR EACH DOCUMENT COPY

    VENDOR
    1. List of Names, Designation, Company
    2. Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC) Temporary Card Application, please download from HERE
    3. IC copy in colour -Both Side
    4. E Vetting Police
    5. LOA - SPT's Letter of Acceptance
    6. Medical Report from OHD Doctors (6 months validity)
    7. CIDB - Where applicable
    8. Release Letter - requiredif previously worked inside Rapid
  5. Upon approval, Host, applicant(s) will be notified to attend Safety Training
  6. Host will arrange temporary Visitor Pass and escort to Multi Purpose Building 1 for the training.
  7. Once safety briefing attended, Rapid Pass will be issued accordingly.
